Do you take reservations?

Café Pontalba is walk-in only. With our spacious dining areas and quick seating, we’re able to welcome guests without the need for reservations.

Is your restaurant kid friendly?

Absolutely. We’re a family-friendly spot right on Jackson Square, and children are always welcome. We offer a dedicated kids’ menu smaller portions so even our youngest guests can enjoy their time with us.

Are you ADA accessible?

Yes. Café Pontalba is fully ADA accessible, with entrances and restrooms designed to accommodate all guests comfortably.

Do you have private rooms for parties or events?

While we do not offer private rooms, we’re happy to accommodate groups. If you’re planning a gathering, reach out and we’ll do our best to arrange seating for your group. Buyouts are also available.
